We can supply custom aluminum adapter plates and spacers for almost all vehicles makes and models. Our standard shipping time is less than 10 days. For other less common models please allow 2 weeks after we get a matching transmission for manufacture and delivery. The adapter plates and spacers are machined from 5/8" or 3/4" 6061 aluminum and includes a 1” spacer ring and bolts. Half inch plates are available on request for no extra charge.
Technical Characteristics This battery charger features state-of-the-art high frequency technology. • 240/115VAC • 15 Amps at 144 Volts • Adaptable to every use and very flexible. • CE certified. • Metal case base and ABS cover. • Coated printed circuit boards. • Chargers are all microprocessor-controlled and internally protected against overload, short circuit, incorrect connection and voltage transients. • With an internal selector switch the chargers can adapt to every type of battery. • Increased battery life and reduction of water usage. • Chargers operate at 85-90% efficency for maximum savings of electric power cost. With the Thermal sensor option, the charger's output electronically compensates for temperatures ranging from 0° to 50°. • Operating temperature from -20° to +50°. • Weight and size are minimized.
Nowadays the most challenging technology issue for most Lithium battery suppliers is not discharge control, but control of charging.
We offer a unique and impressive charger with a built-in balancing function. This premium charger will charge and balance each single cell separately and thus can prolong the life for each battery. It can be customized to support battery pack total voltages ranging from 12v through 400v. It also can operate in a range 2AMP-50AMP draw depending on whether you require a 110v or 220v source for the charger. Generally the chargers are designed for 110v AC when the charger is less than or equal to 1800 watts.
With these chargers the internal balancing function automatically controls the charging and balancing. Each battery cell matches a LED light which is an indicator of charging conditions. When power on, all the lights are bright. The lights display different colors red, yellow, and green to indicate the charging conditions. It makes sure each single is cell fully charged and well balanced within the pack, and prevents any of the cells from overcharging. Without the equalization, cells become unbalanced after some cycles, their consistency is damaged and they can be easily to be overcharged or discharged. With this system, you will never need to worry about this problem! We provide the highest edge of technology and this technology will benefit your whole battery system for a very long time.
Place one balancer across the terminals of each battery to keep the charge voltage constant, and reduce gassing.
The NetGain WarP 9 is by far our most popular motor due to its high quality construction and performance. It is a 9.25" diameter, series wound DC motor with a double ended shaft. Our WarP 9 motor is similar to the ADC 9" motor, but with several improvements. Of the most notable changes, we have a larger com and utilize the large style brushes. The com bars are more securely attached to the arbor, so they will be less likely to lift. The drive shaft is bored for a pilot bearing and drilled & tapped for a 5/16 - 18 bolt. The tail shaft also has a 1/4 - 20 bolt hole to mount tach sensors or secure couplers and accessories. Again, we have duplicated the ADC 9" mounting bolt pattern allowing clients to use preexisting mounting adapters. Class "H" insulation is used throughout the motor. The drive shaft and tail shaft have standard keyways cut into them.
TransWarP motors were designed for parallel hybrid applications and with correct motor sizing, can be used in a direct-drive configuration.
This cradle is designed to be used as a universal way of holding the motor but fits perfectly in any S-10 with our motor mounting package. It is epoxy coated and bolts securely to the motor to keep it from turning.
This kit includes both left and right side mount with hardware. It uses the existing holes to mount the electric motor using our powder coated motor cradle.
We can supply two styles of hubs. The one that we prefer is a proprietary design that is simple to install and will position itself precisely on the motor. This hub slides on the motor shaft until it bumps into a retaining clip ensuring the proper distance for the flywheel and clutch. It is also shorter than the common taper lock hubs.
Our taper lock hub is the industry standard. It is nickel plated.
All of our hubs are supplied with pilot bearings and bolts. 1/4" keys.
The Logisystems DC-motor controller is simply the best value that we have found on the market today. It is air cooled. Air cooling eliminates the need for additional pumps, hose, and plumbing hardware. The latest model features a wide range of input voltages. From 72 volts to 192 volts. (64-to 250 volt thresholds) This controller will handle a 1000 amp draw for 2 minutes and 800 amps for 5 minutes. Continuous rated at 500 Amps. This controller is current limiting to protect the batteries, motor and the controller itself. Sealed to prevent water damage. Warrantied for one (1) year by LogiSystems
Throttle input is 0-5000 Ohms.
Operating temperature range at -5°F to +338°F.
Physical dimensions are: 12.25" long x 6.75" wide x 5" tall with fans. Two fans are supplied with the controller.
This pump is used to provide vacuum to the power brake booster that is lost when the engine was removed. In our experience, we believe this is the best combination of a pump and switch to use because of quiet operation, reliability, and ample vacuum of 23” Hg for safe braking. The switch is small and adjustable from 3”- 22” Hg and activates when vacuum falls below ~15” Hg. The pump is 12v DC and draws about 8 amps.
This is a 55 amp DC/DC converter used to supply the car with 12 to 14 volts DC by using power from the entire traction pack. Input voltages can go up to 156v and output can either be 12v or 14v using the included booster plug. This power supply/charger is smart and can be used as an accessory battery charger. This is included in the electrical component box or sold separately. Measures 7" Long x 6.5" Wide x 4.5" Wide.
0-5k ohm potentiometer for throttle control. Other pot boxes do not operate as smoothly as this one. Competition may be less money but they do not operate nearly as well.
This black polyethylene gauge panel fits two Westach 2” gauges for Volt and Amp. The standard sizes are 180 volt and 500 amps with shunt. It is designed to mount low in front of the shifter. Custom designs can easily be cut by sending us a drawing. These can be made from black or white plastic or aluminum.
14" 2/0 copper insulated cable with professionally swedged battery terminals, shrink wrapped and color coded.
Measuring 18 x 12 x 8 inches, this box is designed to reduce the headaches of wiring up an EV. It comes standard with:
The 2/0 cable connects the high voltage wiring to the contactor and controller. The vacuum pump is 12 VDC and draws about 8 amps. It has an ample vacuum of 23” Hg for safe braking. The vacuum switch is small and adjustable from 3”- 22” Hg and activates when vacuum falls below ~15” Hg.The light gauge wires connect the key switch, voltmeter, charger, potbox and accessory battery +. Schematic included and is available upon request.
(*) Other controller sizes available upon request.
Flanged 120 volt inlet with a 5-15P style plug for nearly any make and model. We are the manufacturer. 220 Volt inlet also available - select below.
The EV200 is a low-cost, high-quality, high-voltage contactor. It can break up to 2000A and will carry continuously 500A at up to 320V if properly heatsinked at the terminals (using very large copper conductors - consult the datasheet for specifics). The contactor has magnetic blowouts to aid in the squelching of arcs if the contactor must make/break current.
Use only on 300V systems or lower
